I've always been fascinated by this building. I always thought the left "Minneapolis" half was in Minneapolis and the right "St. Paul" half was in St. Paul...but perhaps not. I'd be very interested to know who the architect was and the first owner.
Was the Twin City Commercial Bulletin a magazine or newspaper? What years was it published?
This building is located near many other impressive commercial buildings of the late 19th and early 20th centuries on University Avenue West, including Chittenden and Eastman, Midtown Commons which was a St. Paul Street Railway facility, and the Specialty building/Northwestern Furniture Exposition Building.
