"The Minneapolis/St. Paul Building at 2429 University Avenue (West) is one of the most intact of the earlier buildings still standing in the area. Built in 1909, it features ornate patterned brickwork and brick pilasters, and was built as the general office for the Twin City Commercial Bulletin." [1]
