History
This south Minneapolis home was built in 1923. According to the 1929 Minneapolis city directory, James Lorimer was living at this address in 1929.
Information for 1930 is conflicting. The city directory lists Joseph B. Beugen and his wife Edythe living there at that time, but the 1930 U.S. census shows James Lorimer, his wife Pearl, and their four sons residing in the home that year.
Beugen was still residing here in 1940, according to the city directory for that year.
By 1950 the home was occupied by Lester E. Dominy and his wife Pearl.
Walter F. Mondale [1] and family lived here in 1960.
