Notes: Enclosed porch with hipped roof, square columns and plain cornice. Recessed panel on cornerboards. Two story bay window on east facade. Pedimented gable ends. Decorative fasciaboard. Fixed window inside porch with glass transom. Palladian attic level window with keystone and diamond tracery. Simple architraves.

The original owner, occupant and builder of this house was Charles A. Donaldson, a foreman for Brooks Brothers. The house cost $3,000 to construct. This house is like hundreds, if not thousands, of Colonial Revival style houses throughout the city.
