History
The home was moved in 1989 to its present location to make way for the expansion of United Hospital. An addition, designed by Joseph G. Metzler and Steven Buetow of SALA Architects was added in 2000 incorporating a new kitchen, mudroom, and porch. The addition won a Saint Paul Heritage Preservation Award in 2001.
