Historical background: "The original owner and builder of this house was Claus Schuldt who died after the house was constructed in 1907. The house cost $2,500 to construct, and was owned by Claus' widow, Minnie, after his death."

Statement of significance: "This simple brick bungalow predates many of the other bungalows in the area and shows some Colonial Revival influences such as gable returns.
