Built in 1884 (1900 according to Ramsey County property tax records) with alterations in 1899 (Larson;) Altered Queen Anne in style; Clarence H. Johnston, Sr., initial alteration architect; Carl Thomas Gray, restoration architect. The structure is a two story, 4367 square foot, five bedroom, three bathroom, brick house.
