This two-story house is topped by a low-hipped roof which is characteristic of the
Italianate style. At first a single-family residence, it is now an apartment house. The painted brick structure has stone lintels over the windows on the three-bay facade, as well as over the windows on the side facade. A banistered porch contains elliptical wooden arches held by slender wooden posts; the single-story porch, spanning the entire front, shelters the transomed entrance door. The placement of the door to the side of the front facade indicates an interior plan of the side passage type.
