Hamline-Midway Saint Paul Ramsey


This factory was built in 1923 as the American Radiator Company. It cost $275,000 to construct. Alvin M. Wagner was the manager of the Minnesota branch of the company. He lived in Minneapolis. F.W. Rente was the plant manager for this facility. The company made radiators, boilers and vacuum cleaners. This building is now part of the Sperry-Univac complex. This building is the only structure of any architectural interest at the Sperry Univac complex.
