Notes:	Box-like, symmetrical massing. Geometric tracery in front dormer windows. Rounded arched window opening on west facade contains a colored and leaded glass transom. Hipped roof porch (now enclosed) has small Tuscan columns on porch base.

Unfortunately, the Survey Team could not locate the original permit for this house at City Hall. The house does not appear on a 1908 atlas of the City, but does appear in a 1916 atlas. In 1928 a permit for a $100 alteration was issued to owner Mary Miller. One a several turn of the century homes near Hamline University.
