Hamline-Midway Saint Paul Ramsey

The original owner of this double house which was built for $3,400, was Gust Anderson, a contractor who lived across the street at 1637 W. Minnehaha Avenue. This is a well maintained example of Colonial Revival, a style usually reserved for single family rather than double houses.
