Property Description: 2.5 stories; steeply-pitched, gabled roof; wide, boxed eaves with Italianate brackets added to cornice line; full-width, colonnaded porch beneath front-gable (giving the house the appearance of a miniature Greek temple with its traditional classical pediment); wide band of trim beneath the cornice of both the main roof and the porch roof (undecorated board); fluted Doric columns compose porch supports; balustrade is composed of turned spindles.
North façade features 2 story bay with a gabled dormer; dormer features Palladian window.
